A.L. Wisner's Wall Street offices were later raided by the federal authorities after it had emerged that the company was defrauding investors. This report presents a glowing appraisal of the development opportunities in a valley on the Philippine island of Luzon. The enclosed form is for purchases of no fewer than 100 shares. It later turned out that the cultivated land was only a fraction of the claimed acreage.
