Unfolds to an 8.5x14 inch handbill with "Absolute Danger" printed at the top and a list of prohibited sex practices. The Vulcan closed in 1988 so this is likely from mid 1980s. Promoting Safe Sex and very likely published due to Civic pressure to shut down the baths.
