[Two Department of Social Services for Radical Political Action handbills]

San Francisco: D.S.S. Employees for Radical Political Action [Progressive Labor Party?], 1968. Two items both on 8.5x11 inch mimeographed sheets, one a six page newsletter titled "DSS Employees for a Radical Alternative,'' on green and pink stock, and the second a handbill "All ideas and proposals welcome / Big Brother's Gotta Go!" depicting society as a machine made up of data being collected by a pig. Handbill is slightly toned around edges, else items are in very good condition.

An effort backed by the PLP. Employees' concerns were over putting clients' information into computers violating the confidence and privacy of clients.
