Rare example of the English-language bulletin of the Japanese Red Army group, before it gained notoriety for its hijacking of a plane to North Korea. "Sen-ki" means Battle Flag. Dated July 26, it describes the group's split from the Communist League ("Bund") earlier that month, and lays out an agenda for worldwide revolutionary war with Japan's revolution as an important constituent part. The document was issued in the names of T. Hatano, H. Kusaka, and K. Sakamoto.
