Seattle: the Association, [1919]. Two mimeographed 8.5x14 inch sheets, diagonally fold-creased, minor edge chipping.

"The object of this Association shall be to organize the working people of Seattle and Vicinity into a co-operative group to provide a Picnic and Amusement Park and Pavilion for the use of any or all of the people who may desire to use them with no restrictions because of their nationality, race or color or because of their economic, religious or political beliefs; and to pay a reasonable return upon the money invested." Many Seattle parks were segregated at this time. The opening ceremony for the Summer 1920 season featured labor speakers including the former political prisoner and anarchist Louise Olivereau.
