Program for “Down Rainbow Lane,” a musical comedy about a widowed ship captain who experiences a wreck off the coast of Mexico and decides to settle there. Includes numerous ads (Cuban cigars, coffee, etc.), perhaps most notably for US president. Hoover gets a full-page letterpress ad; Hiram Johnson also has a full page ad, but is a plate leaf printed on separate stock and in a different color. Several lines for and against the candidates border the contents of the musical program.
