Paperback. 41p., very light foxing to covers and edges, lightly shelfworn, otherwise very good condition paperback first edition, signed by the author to experimental lesbian poet Lynn Lonidier. Seventeen of an edition of five hundred copies. Includes two cards laid in, one reproducing the cover of the book with a pen note on the opposite side reading "Performance David Antin and Jerome Rothenberg at Center for Music Experiment 8:00 P.M. Thursday July 24" and the other a postcard addressed to Lynn Lonidier's brother Fred Lonidier at the University of CA San Diego announcing "Performance artist/poet David Antin will create the second stanza of his serial "SKYPOEM" during Labor Day weekend, sponsored by the La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art..." Sun & Moon Contemporary Literature Series no. 4.
From the library of Bay Area avant garde artist and poet Lynn Lonidier, in her owns words a “card-carrying anarchafeminist,” active in the lesbian and feminist literary scenes and in her Mission District community as a teacher from the 1970's until her death in 1993. She was a "founding mother" of the SF Women's Building. She also studied music with Pauline Oliveros at UCSD and cello at SF State, among many other pursuits. Ron Silliman called her “perhaps the first true avant-garde lesbian poet after Gertrude Stein”.
