Hardcover. xix, 814, -1669, matching casings in 8.5x11.25 inch heavy brown buckram boards gilt-lettered and -ruled, with text gilt on printed black labels. Each volume enclosed in a dust jacket with profuse text on pale terracotta paperstock. Text-volume presswork on substantial clay-coated glossy paper, making for very weighty tomes. There is a single instance of damage; both v.I's and v.II's djs were exposed to damp (spine panels only) with resultant dust-soil to their panels. No trace is noticeable in casings or text. The top rims of both are slightly rough also. Perfectly sound condition in every other respect, otherwise cleanly, and absolutely unmarked.
