Reflections of a U.S. State Department Diplomatic Courier
n.p. Self-published by the author, n.d. Pamphlet. 35p., amateur sketch illustrations (the author's, surely), a neat clean little pamphlet with two color xerox (?) illustrations, the man's passport cover and a US Embassy passport page with Cyrillic captioning. Nothing in the way of publishing history, but Perkins began his diplomatic career in 1949, ergo mostly 1950s - after which, he says in the closing lines, he "entered the George Washington University School of Government and later joined the CIA. However, all of that is another story. A tout a l'heure." Near-immaculate condition: sound, clean (except for dust on a corner-tip) and unmarked.
