Staple-bound with pale blue cover sheets, two staples still holding, the third has let escape a few lower leaves. Cover margins foxed and sunned, and the blue tint has faded. Find numerous articles, most of these technical, a substantial number translated from German, one or two from French. The "Special Issue" business on front cover alludes mainly to a fest-schrift treatment of Reinhold Ebertin.
