Hardbound, a nice set: [xxiii], 573, 515p., matching cinnamon-brown cloth boards with green printed spine labels gilt, top edges tinted red, the boxed set, a completely sound clean item with no ownerships or any other sort of marking - the box equally good. The box has a little rubbing to its onlaid decorations, but it's still strong, even "bombproof"

A note on editions: the second was revised but also abridged; this third is revised from the first and is not at all abridged.
