npl: npub, [c1964?]. [3p]., corner stapled 8.5x11 inch sheets; two essays the second being 1 page and reprinted from the New York Daily in 1964. First essay source is unknown. Some rubbing on pages, slight edgewear, else very good.

"If the so-called Civil Rights Bill passes in the Senate, bid farewell to the rights of property and privacy which, up to now, you have enjoyed as an American citizen. you don't believe this? Have you read the bill? We'll tell you about it...There is no equality of human beings on earth. Not two whites are equal one to the other. No two Negroes are equal. No two Chinese, Germans, Irish..." (page1).
