Two issues of the government issued newsletter one issue in Dutch and the other in English; evenly toned, earlier issue includes a four page letter stapled to the back of the newsletter (some slight toning), dampstain on top left corner of both, overall in good condition. Includes volume 1, number 46 (October 1967) and volume 8, number 25 (December 1974) (in English).
