Petition denouncing the governor’s decision to give up resistance to school integration in Virginia. The petitioners claim that integration is a violation of constitutional rights and part of a plot by the Communist Party, the NAACP, “the Jewish integration machine,” and the “tyrannical” Federal Government. Governor Arnold's major campaign promise as he sought the governorship had been to resist integration of the schools.
