Wesley Miller, with his rubberstamp and penned signature on the blank verso. Neatly folded for storage, several small staple holes, one "open" tear near top-right, date penned on front, else in very good condition.

Karleton Armstrong was the oldest of the bombers who targeted the Army Math Research Center (AMRC) at UW-Madison in 1970 to protest the Vietnam War. After the bombing, Armstrong went into hiding for 18 months until his capture in Toronto in 1972.
