The Express Times was S.F.'s main political underground paper. Became San Francisco Good Times and later Good Times. The "thieves" of the cover story are establishment liberals who are disrespecting MLK's legacy. About of the issue devoted to stories on riots in response to the assassination, plus Mark Lane on Jim Garrison, Allen Ginsberg on guru Maharishi, and the transcript of a Stokely Carmichael press conference on the assassination.
