Several documents rebound in library binding, 10.5x14 boards, boards somewhat shelfworn, corners exposed, deaccession rubberstamps on inside binding and first page of document, pencil markings from , some uneven toning throughout, first page of document is toned with a closed tear, else very good. Documents include labor and wage dispute transcripts between the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes [sic] and their employer, Mobile & Ohio Railroad Company directed to the U.S. Emergency Board - a body of government set up by the President when labor disputes threaten to substantially interrupt commerce.
