Issues present are Vol. 1 Nos. 10, 11, 16, 18, and 19 and Vol. 2 No. 1. Various pagination, evenly toned, Vol. 2 No. 1 with a strip of uneven toning and a small tear on the front wrap, otherwise very good.

The SLC had split from LaRouche's NCLC.
