Palo Alto: Mid-peninsula Community News Service, 1973-1978. Newspaper. Fifty-five issues of the tabloid format newspaper, evenly toned, horizontal crease, some with mailing labels, otherwise generally very good condition. Issues present are Vol. 1 nos. 1-7; vol. 2 nos. 1-11; vol. 3 nos. 1-4, 6, 8-11; vol. 4 nos. 1-10, 12; vol. 5 nos. 1-11; and vol. 6 nos. 1-6. Vol. 2 has two issues numbered 9, but the second one has penned correction of issue number and date. Vol. 4 lacks an issue numbered 11, but the dates of issues no. 10 and 12 indicate that no month was skipped, so it is possible that no. 11 does not exist. Vol. 3, no. 10 has a few small rips. Vol. 5, no. 3 has a small black paint stain.
