Berkeley: Union of Marxist Social Scientists (UMSS), 1977. Newsletter. Two issues of the staplebound 7x8.5 inch newsletter, nos. 11 and 12 (the latter being a special conference issue from the fifth annual West Coast Socialist Social Science Conference). This issue has a leaflet laid in rejecting the accusation that the League for Proletarian Socialism had taken over the steering committee. Also included is a reprint of an article from issue 10, Pat Morgan's "A comment to 'Jacques' and the League for Proletarian Socialism." Mailing labels on rear covers, one page loose but still present.
