San Francisco: Asian American Theater Company, 1983. Program for the play "Point of Order: Hirabayashi vs. US" in the form of a tabloid format newspaper. The cover reprints original 1942 reports about the Japanese internment, to convey the spirit of the era to those in the audience. Eight pages, horizontal fold, some foxing along the fold.
Hirabayashi defied a curfew on Japanese Americans in Seattle, and was imprisoned for more than a year.
