Hardcover. xiii, 248p., illustrated with a number of b&w photos on glazed inserted stock and endpaper maps in monochrome (two different ones), hardbound in 8x5 inch dark blue cloth boards gilt and enclosed in its colorphoto dust jacket. Book itself is slightly cocked with a top edge foxed and dusty, while the dust jacket is edgeworn and rubbed. In other words a "good" copy, but good-only.
