Hardbound first edition in blue cloth boards lettered yellow, lacks the dust jacket, provided with doublespread endsheet maps, clean and unmarked within, casing mildly "handled". A good copy.
FYI, Daniel notes that he is writing up "lesser" islands, leaving out the archipelagoes, the "great island groups" adequately described in other sources.
