Seven issues of this folded tabloid-format activist newspaper, 8pps, published mostly monthly but sometimes every two months, community news, much on rent strikes, affirmative action, opposition to racist violence, etc., including coverage in Spanish, Portuguese, and French (for the local Haitian population). Toned wraps along folds and edges of paper, else in good condition. Issues include Aug, Oct, Dec for 1977, Mar,Oct, Nov for 1978 and Jan-Feb for 1979.
