Paris: the magazine, Juin 1938. Magazine. Unpaginated, about twenty pages of parody cartooning in b&w with a doublespread centerfold in color. Softbound, a 12x9 inch magazine with presswork on matte nearly-alkaline stock and color cover (La Gioconda as La Joconde with DeGaulle's face) on semi-glazed stuff. Much sign of handling with crimpings and short marginal tears throughout, staples rusted with little or no migration, good copy.

Beginning with prehistoric cave-art, moving on to Assyrian, Egyptian and so forth, Manet and Monnet and Rodin, these all get modified.
