Fourteen issues, printed on newsprint, 1940s-1952 issues are 7.5x10 inches, later issues in this run are 8x11 inches, varying pagination, some issues illustrated, evenly toned, various writing penciled in on upper right corner of covers, shelf and edge wear, some covers faded along spine, else in good condition. Issues present are No. 35 for 1949, Nos. 30, 39 for 1950, Nos. 1, 48, 49 for 1953, Nos. 11, 13, 15 for 1953, No. 27 for 1955, No. 46 for 1957, Nos. 1, 44, for 1987 plus a Special Supplement for 1987 celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Great October Revolution.

A this weekly journal was published under the auspices of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in English and published various Party and State reports and announcements. The journal also covered the various issues of the day that the Party felt was important.
