Variant with the note "Reproduction of the type is courtesy of Advertising Age Magazine, which carried the full text of the Committee's statement in its issue of April 6, 1964" on verso of front wrap.
Signers included James Boggs, Todd Gitlin, Michael Harrington, Tom Hayden, Robert L. Heilbroner, Irving Howe, A.J. Muste, Linus Pauling, Bayard Rustin and others. Includes the text of a letter sent by the Committee to President Johnson, the reply from the President's assistant special counsel, and the Committee's statement. The title refers to the "three separate and mutually reinforcing revolutions [that] are taking place": the Cybernation Revolution (automation), the Weaponry Revolution (nuclear weapons and the threat of mutually assured destruction) and the Human Rights Revolution.
