New York: American ORT Federation, [1940-?]. Pamphlet. Four-panel brochure, 8.5x11 inches, neatly creased from having been folded to fit into an envelope. Undated, but includes a facsimile of a telegram dated Nov. 8, 1939.

Black and white photos show refugee resettlement and training efforts by ORT (from the Russian, Obshestvo Remeslenofo zemledelcheskofo Truda, "The Society for Handicrafts and Agricultural Work"). The organization promoted skilled trades and agriculture among Jews, in this period focusing largely on people displaced from Europe.
