Reprint of the 1960 first issue. x, 226p., presswork on coated alkaline paperstock throughout, illustrated with b&w reproductions of very old maps and charts, one a fold-out. Pale green cloth boards lettrered red, and enclosed in the dust jacket. Book itself is sound and sturdy, with corner-tips and rims slightly bumped, entirely clean within and unmarked. The dj is edgeworn with a clear tape repair at the head. All said, a very good copy.
