Hardcover. 307p., illustrated solely with the two (differing) endsheet maps and the dj portrait, hardbound first edition in red buckram boards lettered in metallic green (Caxton marches to its own drummer) and enclosed in publisher's dust jacket. The book itself is sound & square, nice and clean, while the dj is worn with an inchlong chip to one margin. A good to very good copy.
