En Garde Arts is a site-specific, New York theatre company founded by Ann Hamburger in 1985. They have produced Reza Abdoh's AIDS work as well as works by Charles Mee, Jonathan Larson, Maria Irene Fornes and others. This production took place in four different churches and is written by four playwrights of different ethnicities: Japanese American, African American, Hispanic American and European America.
