First issue 11x8.5 inch staplebound wraps, very good condition. Two staplebound pamphlets laid in, titled "An Ounce of Prevention: Strenghening Your Wood Frame House for Earthquake Safety" and "On Shaky Ground City Maps: North and Central Oakland, Piedmont and Emeryville"; 12p. each, the latter with top corner of front wrap dog-eared else both very good condition.

The diagrammatic maps are vivid.
