Two 8.5x11 inch sheets, on on the Foundation letterhead with an advisement from the Administrator and the second a 1974 advisement from the IRS as to the Foundation's 501(c)(3) status, toning to edges, a short closed tear and the two sheets stapled at upper-left corner.
The Foundation letter advises that the Board has agreed to act as fiscal sponsor of the Gay Youth Community Coalition.
