Item mildly edgeworn and dust-soiled, quite clean and sound within, a good (good-only) copy. Large-scale Italian fisheries have to leave the Mediterranean to operate, usually in "the northern seas;" this particular fleet had just perfected refrigeration systems for the long haul when WWII broke out.
