London: the magazine, 1852. Hardcover. Externally a poor to fair-only copy; iv, 274p. Within, the textblock is intact and complete with no excisions or any other sort of defacement. The binding however is awful: quarter black pressed-calf suffers red rot and abrasion, half the spine panel nearly detached, hinges cracked, deserves a modern re-casing (and/or treating book as a 'breaker' is not unthinkable). There are Tenniels, though none spectacular.
