Jan. & Apr issue has book store stamp in red in upper right hand corner of cover wrap along with a number penciled in. Aug issue has 3 red asterisk drawn to the left of some headlines on cover wrap, Oct issue has torn front wrap on bottom. Smudges, worn wraps throughout, else in good condition.

Includes coverage of the Minneapolis defendants in jail, sitdown and other labor strikes, and much coverage of the war. Special attention paid to the 1943 miners strike.
