Lyon: Editions Scouts de France / La Hutte, 1943. Pamphlet. 40p., snapshot illustrations scattered in text, glazed alkaline paperstock, softbound, an 8x5.5 inch pamphlet in stapled white wraps titled and decorated in red. Item has been enclosed in an expertly folded clear plastic sur-cover to size (taped to itself so easily removeable), the condition is obvious: spinefold is abraded with mild soil, back cover bears dirt-smudges and a period rubberstamp impression (scout-related), item is entirely clean, sound and unmarked within. A good to very good copy.
How to develop leaders (and supporters of Vichy), advancing through scouting ranks &c &c. Lacks the blatant military propaganda nature of say, material on Scouting in Germany.
