Rome: Foto-Brennero, 1938/9, XVII. 97p., presswork on alkaline coated paperstock, numerous b&w vignette photos showing many varieties of camera and accessories, plus radio sets, motion picture cameras, binoculars. Small pamphlet, 6.5x4.5 inch stapled textblock in paste-fastened wraps. Staples have rusted, visible in the back where last leaf has torn away from main text; a mouse took a liking -to the paste?- to spine panel and chewed holes there; cover a little edgeworn and dusty. Still and all, a good (good-only) copy, even though as-is. Just as a general comment, the curiously blurry photo-illustrations in this how-to spend money with us booklet suggests belt-tightenings preliminary to global warfare. Find a single sole nod to Il Duce: first photographic image here is an historical bas-relief bringing together him, a dozen soldiers and a couple of mythical figures.
