Paris: La Societe' Nestle', n.d., circa 1930. Pamphlet. 16p., presswork in two colors throughout on alkaline matte paperstock, softbound, a pamphlet in 7x6 inch stapled color-decorated wraps. Vignette blue line-drawn illustrations throughout. A bit worn on the outside with some crimping and dust-soil, staples very slightly rusted with little or no migration, a good copy. Mildly humorous drawings; the older white chefs sport 5-o'clock unshaven chins, one an inflamed nose, and- there's a black chef stirring the "sauce blanche"
