First issue of the newspaper published by Larouchite NCLC front National Unemployed and Welfare Rights Organization (NU-WRO) (not to be confused with the rival NWRO). Issue has article by L. Marcus (Larouche) on "Nixon's Plan to Recycle Human Beings," and announcement of pending convention to organize NU-WRO. Also included is a chipped 4-page "Pre-Convention Supplement" which reprints the NU-WRO Statement of Purpose, Constitution, and Bill of Rights of the Unemployed.
