This was the second issue of American Friends Service Committee newsletter covering the various anti-war events and actions in the Northeast U.S. as reported by groups in Maine, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, etc. The newsletter was mailed to I.S. volunteers and field staff, as well as a wider network of committee members and contacts. Indochina Summer was a teaching and activist project initiated by the AFSC, the peace organization associated with the Quakers.
