Chicago: R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co. The Lakeside Press, 1923. Hardcover. xiv, 477p., first edition in olive-green buckram boards. Complete though very worn. Frontis-portrait (tissue-guard intact), foreword, preface, index, illustrated with tables and many b&w plates from vintage photos. Top edge gilt; a once-handsome production now in a state of disrepair: very heavy shelfwear to boards, the frayed losses at top and tail give casing a lopsided look, ownership name to pastedown (undated, old, Wyoming). As is, a reading copy with original pix in very good shape.
