Two 8.5x11 inch sheets printed recto-only, one on the Coalition letterhead being a letter to the Readers' Forum of the Contra Costa Times from Reverend Block the executive director of the Coalition concerning LGBT in the Scouting programs, the second a photocopy of his short letter to the editor of the CCT concerning the number of signatures - 6,666 - on a petition to alter the human-rights ordinance.
The letters are two days apart in July 1991.
