The foldout illustration shows global map (minus North America) with lines radiating from Moscow, Cairo, Hanoi and Beijing [Peking] that diagram "Distribution of Rockefeller letter by Soviet bloc, 1957-1960. As regards this letter, whether a successful dirty trick or a false imputation, we have no info. Also see a purported Douglas Dillon forgery, Dillon to US ambassador to Congo Timberlake, urging manipulation of Tshombe and Lumumba.
