San Francisco: Mfg. by Dave Valentine, 1973. Oval button, about 2.75 inches across, in a slightly convex shape so that the lips appear to bulge out. Sweet Lips, a.k.a. Richard Walters, was a columnist for the Bay Area Reporter focusing on the gay gossip of the Polk and Tenderloin areas.....
