London: Printed for John Morphew, 1711. 31p., disbound 7.8x4.8 inch textblock enclosed in makeshift 19thC wrapper; ex libris with unobtrusive institutional blindstamp overprinted with tiny withdrawn stamp. Wrapper is split and nearly detached. Good copy. Author addresses the King throughout, appears to encourage a livelier censorship of texts deemed irreligious.
