Rio de Janeiro: Typographia Leuzinger, 1908. Pamphlet. Respectively 68 and 73p., softbound pamphlets in matching stapled 8x5 inch two-color printed wraps. The earlier is sewn, the later stapled under wraps paste-fastened. Nicely printed on semi-coated alkaline paperstock that is mildly and evenly toned. Faint external crimping with some edgewear, 1908.....

The poetry describes "the emergence of the Steelband from the collective historic experience of Trinidad's urban proletariat ..." - dj Afro-Guyanese playwright/poet.
