Washington, D. C. Center for National Security Studies, 1976. 12p., staplebound 11x8.5 inch self-wraps, chart and a couple of political cartoons, mildest signs of either handling or age. The Center was staffed by center-left persons like Robert Borosage, Morton Halperin and John Marks.

On the SWP's legal actions after discovery that Ed Heisler, a member of its national commitee, was an FBI informant.
