Some issued more age-toned/browned. The journal was the English language bulletin of the world wide Communist movement that looked to Moscow/USSR as their guiding.....
Gravenhurst, Ontario: Northern Book House, 1977-78. Magazine. Eleven issues of the Canadian pro-Soviet magazine; typical length 26 pages, staplebound, 8.5x11 inches, very good. Numbers present are 230-240, plus a supplement to issue 234. Includes much coverage of alleged miracles of Soviet science, such as Electronarcon treatments that completely eliminate labor.....

Two issues of the Canadian pro-Soviet magazine; November and December, 46 and 22 pages respectively, staplebound, 8.5x11 inches, mild handling wear, some foxing to covers. Includes a piece on the USSR as a land "where white people equal colored people."
Toronto: Northern Book House, 1958. Pamphlet. 89p., wraps chipped on the edges, paper browned else good condition, 7.25x10.5 inches, promotional leaflet for the book laid in. Dyson Carter was a longtime member of the Canadian Communist Party, and a leader in the Canadian-Soviet Friendship Society.

A communist-produced magazine for Canadian youth. Impressive photo choice for this issue's cover. Numerous short articles including "The Needs of the Common Man,".....
