Rear cover poster by Emory Douglas celebrates the Free Food Program; it is captioned "We Black people ain't beggin' no more."
Chengdu: Xizang yanjiu bian ji bu, 1982. Two issues of the Tibetan Studies journal from 1982, text in Tibetan with an English table of contents, very good. Articles on history, religion, traditional medicine, and of course, the glories of liberation brought by the Chinese Communist Party.
